 It's 2023, and the world of work has changed forever. The COVID-19 pandemic made remote work the norm, and now people are working from home, in coffee shops, and even from their hammocks on the beach. The future of work is a mix of remote and in-person work, and everyone is trying to figure out how to make it work. One of the biggest challenges of remote work is communication. It's easy to get lost in a sea of emails and instant messages, and sometimes you're not sure if your boss is actually laughing at your jokes on Slack or just using the "laughing" emoji as a polite way to end the conversation. Another challenge of remote work is productivity. It's hard to stay motivated when you're working in your pyjamas, and sometimes you get distracted by your pet's antics or the latest Netflix release.
