1. Stay calm and quiet.

This is the most difficult thing but when you start staying calm and quiet, start thinking about the answer in your mind that you will be going to give that person. In this way, you will overcome some of your anger.


2. Start smiling.

In the process of staying quiet and calm, just start smiling if you can't just pretend. Yes, you can pretend too. A simple smile can make people curious to think twice before they speak and also make them double-minded about why you are smiling even in this mood.


 3. Walk away.

Behave as if you don't care. Keep smiling in front of them and just walk away. This will make them confused about what you feel inside. Some people try to do this as many times just to make you weird in front of your friends, family and another guest mostly at events, parties, business meetings, weddings etc. Your body language provides the thing that others want to see if it is good then you will be appreciated and if it is bad, you will be criticized as many times as possible when you meet them.


4. Take a glass of water.

The last one, take a glass of water and start drinking, which releases all your stress and makes you feel better. This time you have done something new when you start doing it as many times, you will be noticed that you are feeling peace inside and next time nobody will destroy your control.
